Looking to build or tone muscle while burning fat? Our B2 (Burn & Build) program provides a result-driven approach to your training. Be ready to blast fat (BURN = b1) and sculpt your body (BUILD = b2) in a motivating, coach-led setting. This hour long class is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. We offer classes for kids ages 5-12 and teens ages 13-18.
