Inspired by CrossFit’s methodology, I was fueled by the fact that I could change lives with the “sport of fitness”. CrossFit has changed my life and made my CrossFit coaching dreams become a reality, I have been blessed to see that same change and passion in our community of 150+ athletes. At CrossFit Flight we will hold you accountable and provide you with the coaching, knowledge, and support to achieve your personal goals. My legs needed a break from the constant ground-pounding and my body needed functional programming that would make me a more well-rounded athlete and person (sadly, I could barely squat when I started CrossFit!). I walked into CrossFit unable to do one pull up, yet I could easily run 15 miles on any given day. I was immediately humbled by my weaknesses and knew that with CrossFit I could conquer pieces of me that I had been neglecting. After experiencing amazing results with CrossFit Flight’s programming and inspired to help others achieve those same amazing results, I joined the CrossFit Flight Crew as a Coach in August 2013. As a mother of two young children and someone who has struggled in the past to reach and maintain my own personal fitness goals, I am here to inspire, motivate, and hold you personally accountable to no one but yourself. Get yourself to our box doors and I promise you nothing less than 110% in both results, coaching, and community.
