About

Learning Basic movements in CrossFit is essential for new and existing CrossFitters. This is your time to come in and learn CrossFit’s 9 fundamental movements. This class will be structured like our normal adult classes, but there will be more time spent on movements followed by a short WOD, incorporating the skill of focus that day. We help you build your work capacity and get you comfortable with the movements so you are comfortable in our normal adult classes.
