The CrossFit classes are group instruction where you will experience a warm up, strength/skill work, WOD (workout of the day) and a cool down stretch. We will focus on all ten general skills of fitness. The workouts will be measurable, effective and challenging. CrossFit classes will scaled according to your fitness level and abilities.
