So proud of all of our Athletes who participated in our First Paleo challenge. We’ve had some amazing results come in already.
I can’t wait to see how we perform on Mondays Re-test. I hope many of you have learned a lot while on the challenge and continue to live a Paleo/Primal lifestyle to feel better and perform better. Just because the challenge is over feel free to continue to post to our Private Flight Crew page, your posts are inspiring to others. You never know who you’re going to affect with your support and continued encouragement. We will run another challenge in a few months but like I said continue to support one another just like we did as a family during the challenge. It was so good to see everyone come together and share ideas, recipes, stories and encouragements.
