    Beach WOD planning





    Today I was joined by fellow athletes, Scott, Amy, Colin, Maison & Coach Austin to come up with a Beach WOD for next Saturday! We will be holding the Beach WOD Saturday August 10th @ Scott’s property adjacent to Laketown beach. The crew was able to come up with a fun / challenging yet scalable team WOD. It was a great day on the beach sharing ideas & designing the workout. We did a test run after designing it. It went great! I think everyone will enjoy what we conjured up.

    We will not have a WOD at the Box next Saturday were encouraging everyone that can attend to do so. Bring family! It’s going to be a laid back fun day at the beach. We will be meeting at the box by 10am to carpool ( parking is limited at the property) some of you that know where Laketown beach is can just meet us out there at 10:30am. WOD will start at 11am. It will take 20-30 minutes. Followed by some Tug-o-war on the beach. Following the WOD we will have a Paleo potluck so bring a dish to pass. There is a grille on the beach & we’ll be cooking out as well.
